Nach eineinhalb Stunden in der Luft konnten Peter und ich sicher auf freier Fläche in Rio Rancho landen.
Es ist gar nicht so einfach, sich auf einen komplett fremden Ballon einzustellen.
Jetzt eine kleine Pause im Zimmer.... Denn heute Abend startet Stefan die Gasballone der Americas Challenge!!
First Mass Ascension of the BalloonFiesta and we are right in the middle!! And today I was PIC!! First time ever during a Fiesta. Gosh, I was so nervous... But everything went fine und our Zebra sent Peter and me into the sky without any problems. What a feeling to ascend over the other balloons!!
And we had a great direction torwards the Rio Grande!! Unfortunately no splash'n dash. But we will get this done during the week!!!
After one and a half hours in the air Peter and I landed safely in Rio Rancho. It is not that easy to get a feeling for a complete foreign balloon.
Now a little rest in our room... Because today evening Stefan will launch the Gasballoons of the Americas Challenge!!
